C.C.N.Y. (Christian College Now Yiddish)
This nickname for CCNY (City College of New York) doesn't have much circulation now, but is perhaps worth recording.

Remember when somebody in your building said they were going to C.C.N.Y. (City College of New York)? Since so many Jewish kids were going to C.C.N.Y., we were told the letters stood for "Christian College Now Yiddish"!
