The term “high maintenance” usually has nothing to do with janitors, but there are jokes. “The janitor lady for my apartment building asked me out on a date & said she had some weed. I told her I’m not into high maintenance women” was posted on Twitter by Nate Frowny Face on January 24, 2013.

I can’t deal with a high maintenance woman” was posted on Reddit—Dadjokes on July 30, 2018. “The female janitor at my building asked if I would chill and smoke some weed with her. I said no. I can’t deal with high maintenance women” was posted on Reddit—Jokes on December 27, 2018.
   
“Janitors who work in skyscrapers are high maintenance” is a related “high maintenance” saying.
