An Easter version of the “Why did the chicken cross the road?” riddle is:
 
Q: Why did the rabbit cross the road?
A: Because the chicken had his Easter eggs!
 
The joke was printed in many newspapers in 1993.
 
“Why did Jesus cross the road?”/“Because he was nailed to the chicken” is a similar Easter riddle.
