“What do cheap hotels and skinny jeans have in common?”/“No ballroom.”
A riddle about tight pants is:
Q: What do cheap hotels and skinny jeans have in common?
A: No ballroom.
The “no ballroom” (no crotch space for a man’s balls) joke has been cited in print since at least 1984 and has been printed on several images.

One might also note that an exchange between two cops on a future installment is unworthy of the show, though notable as a sign of TV’s New Naughtiness. The cops are discussing a victim’s tight trousers. “Ooh, like a cheap hotel,” says one. “What’s that supposed to mean?” asks the other. Reply: “No ballroom.”

As someone who wears skinny jenas from time to time I have slightly to disagree with you. Some skinny jeans are only “skinny” on the legs, the upper part is usually “wider” so you have some room to play ball.
This, or I just admitted to have a small penis infront of the internet.
