“This vehicle protected by anti-theft sticker” (bumper sticker)
“Vehicle insured by Smith & Wesson” is a bumper sticker purporting to alert potential thieves that the vehicle’s owner carries a gun (Smith & Wesson). “This vehicle protected by anti-theft sticker” is a jocular alternative that has been printed on many bumper stickers.
“This Car IS Protected With An Anti-Theft Sticker” was cited in print in 2001.

I think I am going to start putting stickers over the edge of the door and body of my car near the door handle. Lable them “This Car IS Protected With An Anti-Theft Sticker”. Since they work so well for DVDs you know they will work for cars.
