Many airport jokes/puns involve the double meaning of the word “terminal.” “Airport puns go!  I’m trying not to contract any diseases while waiting to board my plane. I hear they’re usually terminal” was posted on Twitter by Read Hoffman on September 5, 2009. “Terminal Illness: Getting sick at the airport. #Jokes” was posted on Twitter by Rory Marshall on August 22, 2012.
