“Hey girl, are you a parking ticket? Because you’ve got FINE written all over you” is a jocular pickup line that has been printed on many images. “Are you a parking ticket? B/c you have FINE written all over you!!!” was posted on the newsgroup alt.fan.butterfinger on June 27, 1999.
