“Seafood Delight” has been a popular item in many Chinese restaurants, especially on Chinese buffets. “(OT) Most overrated Chinese buffet foodstuff? ... Gotta go with seafood delight” was posted on the newsgroup rec.sport.pro-wrestling on December 19, 2005. “Why does Seafood Delight taste the same at EVERY Chinese buffet? #mystifying” was posted on Twitter by Orey Yates on January 29, 2012.
 
A seafood platter is also sometimes called a “Neptune Platter.”

If the buffet has a seafood delight (mixture of shrimp, imitation crab, and mushrooms) or something similar that would be a good choice.

Reminds me of Chinese restaurants.  I went to one recently and ordered “Shrimp Chow Mein, Chicken Mai Fun, and Seafood Delight.” The waiter replied, “Solly Sir, what numbers?”
