“Someone collapsed at the luggage carousel at Heathrow Airport. Medics claim they are coming round slowly” was posted on Twitter by Jimmy Ferguson on January 19, 2021. The joke is that “coming round slowly” usually means “getting better slowly,” but on an airport’s luggage carousel it literally means coming around slowly.
     
The joke has also been told using New York City’s JFK Airport. “I’m at JFK and the man in front of me has collapsed on the luggage carousel. He’s coming round slowly….” was posted on Reddit—3amjokes on February 8, 2022.

Stay up for a couple more hours you’ll get it. PS: for those that don’t get the joke, coming around slowly means he’s being nursed back to health but it’s taking a while and also its a carousel so it’s a slow circle.
