“Vaccines are the leading cause of coincidence” is an anti-vaccination saying that has been printed on many images. The saying means that when people get vaccinated, the resulting illnesses are just “coincidences” and are not related to the vaccine—or so the vaccine companies will say. “Coincidence” is used as sarcasm (that is, vaccine injuries are not merely coincidental).
