“Mimosas are scary because they taste like juice and then you can’t walk”

Many people believe that the mimosa cocktail is dangerous because it tastes like juice, but there’s alcohol content. Also, many people have mimosas for brunch and are drunk at the early hour of 2 p.m.

“Mimomas are dangerous as fuck. One minute you’re eating breakfast, the next minute you’re sending ‘you up?’ texts at 2:30pm” was posted on X/Twitter by “Tab *~virgo’s groove~*” and received over 52,000 likes. In other tweets, the time is changed to 2 p.m. The saying has been printed on several images.

Wikipedia: Mimosa (cocktail)
A mimosa cocktail consists of champagne (or other sparkling wine) and chilled citrus juice, usually orange juice. It is often served in a tall champagne flute at festive occasions such as brunch, weddings, or as part of business or first class service on some passenger railways and airlines. The mixing ratio varies.
