Wingery (Buffalo wings + eatery)

A “wingery” (Buffalo chicken wings + eatery) is a restaurant that specializes in serving Buffalo chicken wings. “Wingery” can also mean the skill of someone who cooks Buffalo chicken wings.
 
The word “wingery” has been cited in print since at least July 1980. The word has been popularized in the names of restaurants such as Florida’s The Wingery (in 1992) and the WOW Café and Wingery restaurant chain (trademarked from 2001).
