When people are “blocked” (on social media such as Twitter), this has nothing to do with constipation, but there are jokes.

“Can someone tell me what the National Constipation Society have been tweeting about? I’m blocked” was posted on Twitter by Citizen Sane on March 23, 2015. “Which account is the most blocked on Twitter? The National Constipation Society” was posted on Sickipedia on April 29, 2023.
