“What rhymes with orange?”/“No, it doesn’t.”
“Rhymes with orange” is something that people have been trying to figure out since at least the 1800s. A jocular riddle is:
Q: What rhymes with orange?
A: No, it doesn’t.
“No, it doesn’t. i think it rhymes with ‘hot’” was posted to the newsgroup alt.games.lucas-arts.monkey-island on August 8, 2004. “‘What rhymes with orange?’ ‘No it doesn’t. What rhymes with butt’” was posted on Twitter on May 5, 2010. British stand-up comedian Jimmy Carr used the joke since at least 2014.
The joke has been printed on GIFs.

no, it doesn’t. i think it rhymes with “hot”, but you’d have to ask the kettle to confirm it.

Friend: No it doesn’t.

3 August 2015, Evening Star (Ipswich, UK), “One-liners aplenty in no-holds-barred show” by PR Script Manabgers:
What rhymes with orange - no it doesn’t - is probably the only joke I can share from this evening.

Carr has such a dizzying array of one-liners, though, that helps keep the audience off-balance or on his side. Like this harmless chestnut: “My friend said to me, ‘What rhymes with orange?’ I said, ‘No, it doesn’t.’”
