“What kind of car does an egg drive?”/“A Yolkswagon.”

A “Yolkswagon” or “Yolkswagen” (yolk + Volkswagen) is a portmanteau that has been used in several jokes. A riddle was printed in Boys’ Life on November 1984:
 
Q: What kind of car does Humpty Dumpty drive?
A: A Yolks wagon.
 
“My fave laffy taffy joke: what kind of car does an egg drive? A: a yolkswagen” was posted on Twitter on May 15, 2011. “Chicken coop car (It’s a Yolkswagon)” was posted on Twitter on March 17, 2013.
 
“Oh come on. No one’s suggested the Yolkswagon? #unlikelyfoodtrucks” was posted on Twitter on August 27, 2009.
