“What is whisky?”/“Wussian woulette.”

A whiskey joke is:
 
Q: What is whiskey?
A: Wussian woulette.
 
The same person both asks and answers the question, and the letter “w” replaces the letter “r.” The person was actually saying, “What is risky? Russian roulette.”
