“What do you call a steak made of little yellow guys?”/“A filet minion.”

“Filet mignon” should not be confused with “filet minion” (Minions are fictional characters that appear in the Despicable Me franchise),  but there are jokes. “Filet minion” has been printed on several images.

“HAHA RT @nataliejoyhuang: The only thing I want to do to these goddamn yellow despicable me fucks is slice and serve them up as filet minion” was posted on Twitter by Kenneth Tzilai on July 9, 2013. “What do you call a steak made of little yellow guys? A filet minion” was posted on Reddit—Jokes on June 17, 2020.

“What do you call steaks ordered by 10 Jews?”/“Filet minyan” and “What’s a tired dragon’s favorite steak?”/“Flamin’ yawn” are other filet mignon jokes.

Wikipedia: Filet mignon
Filet mignon (/ˌfiːleɪ ˈmiːnjɒ̃/; French: [filɛ miɲɔ̃]; lit. ‘“tender, delicate, or fine fillet”’ ) is a steak cut of beef taken from the smaller end of the tenderloin, or psoas major of the cow carcass, usually a steer or heifer. In French, this cut is always called filet de bœuf (“beef fillet”), as filet mignon refers to pork tenderloin.

Wikipedia: Minions (Despicable Me)
Minions (/ˈmɪnjənz/) are fictional characters that appear in the Despicable Me franchise, which started with Despicable Me (2010). They are characterized by their childlike behavior and unique language, which is almost intelligible at times. They are also the official mascots of Illumination, a division of Universal Pictures, which produces the films. Following Comcast’s purchase of NBCUniversal, they have been described as being a corporate icon for Universal and Comcast, on par with Disney’s Mickey Mouse and WarnerMedia’s Bugs Bunny, although Woody Woodpecker is still considered a mascot for Universal Studios.

Characteristics
The Minions are small, yellow henchmen shaped like pill capsules. They are depicted as being roughly one-third to one-half the height of humans but they were later revealed to be two and a half feet (0.76 m) tall. They have one or two eyes, and their irises are almost always brown (except for Bob, who has one green and one brown eye).
