“Well, well, well” is a common interjection. A joke was posted on Twitter by Sickipedia Official‏ on June 23, 2013:

“We’ll, we’ll, we’ll, if it isn’t autocorrect” and “Wheel, wheel, wheel, if it isn’t the tricycle” are other “well, well, well” jokes.
