Sexual harassment training at a workplace is training to prevent sexual harassment. It is not training on how to sexually harass, but there are jokes.

I know how to sexually harass already… LOL” was posted on Facebook by Joe Cumbo on May 20, 2010. “Doing sexual harassment training at work… I already know how to do all of this” was posted on X/Twitter by taddy mason on September 17, 2024, and this received over 88,000 likes. “They’re making me take sexual harassment training at work even though I already know how do it” was posted on X/Twitter by René on January 8, 2026, and this received over 99,000 likes.

I’m taking an online sexual harassment class required for work. I don’t know how to tell my bosses this but I already know how to sexual harass. I’m pretty sure I could TEACH the class! bwahahahaha

NYS and NYC employers are now required to provide sexual harassment training. HECK! I ALREADY know how to do THAT !
