“Exercise gives you energy, but you need energy to exercise.  Sounds like a pyramid scheme to me” is a jocular saying that has been printed on many images.

Sounds like a pyramid scheme to me” was posted on Facebook by Jay Miley on March 26, 2021. It’s not known who originated the saying.
