Tequila Mockingbird (cocktail)
Ever since Harper Lee’s 1960 novel To Kill a Mockingbird, a drink named “Tequila Mockingbird” was bound to happen somehow. Drinks by that name date from the 1960s; the only thing in common is that they all contain tequila.

Tequila Mockingbird
1/2 cup unsweetened apple cider
2 oz. tequila
2 oz. black currant-flavored liqueur (Cassis)
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
ice
Pour apple cider, tequila, black currant-flavored liqueur and lime juice over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour contents of cocktail shaker, including ice, into 2 old-fashioned glasses and enjoy! Serves 2.

1 1/2 oz tequila
3/4 oz green creme de menthe
juice of 1 limes
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

- 2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Creme de Menthe (white) - Glassware: Cocktail Glass
Shake both the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Triple sec
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Orange juice
1 oz Cranberry juice
Mixing instructions:
Fill tall rocks glass or tumbler with ice. Add tequila and triple sec, followed by O.J. and cranberry. Add blue curacao. DO NOT MIX. Garnish with lemon or cherry if desired.

1 jigger tequila
1/2 jigger green creme de menthe
juice 1 lime
Shake well with crushed ice, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lime.
