As I type this, I'm 46 years old...I will turn 47 a week from Monday!...and I live in Fresno, CA...the self-proclaimed "Agribusiness Capital of the World" and also called "The Big Raisin" because of its size(est. pop. 495,000), and because nearly 10% of the world's raisins are produced in its county!

15 February 1984, Barnard Bulletin (New York City), pg. 3:
"Okay, people," he says. "You're all from the Big Apple, right? Well, around here Nashua is known as the Big Raisin. This is where it's at in New Hampshire. And right fro mthe start we want you to know that how many raisins you get depends on how much work you do."
