Spagging (photos of spaghetti eaters)

“Spagging” are Internet photos of people seemingly slurping down strands of spaghetti (or another long noodle). The word “spagging” was coined and made several websites in May 2013.

If your friends insist on pouting for photos like a Miley Instagram selfie on a good day, don’t tag, spag! Find a great shot of spaghetti, drop it into the photo and draw squiggly lines — you just discouraged your photography subjects from making dumb faces for life. Unless they’re serious Italian food enthusiasts, of course.
 
Brought to our attention by Imgur’s bustraintreearm, spagging is a meme we can finally use to our advantage.

A Photoshop genius recently took to Imgur and shared the greatest improvements of said duck face. Basically, the user made everyone look like they’re slurping up a piece of spaghetti. Again, genius. See what we mean below.

We came across Food Republic’s hilarious find of Imgur user bustraintreearm spagging his Facebook friends.
 
Spagging, or photoshopping a bowl of spaghetti and noodles over your annoying Facebook’s friends’ faces, probably has to be our favourite food meme so far this year — and possibly the best way to illustrate our favourite scene from ‘Lady and the Tramp’.
