Pregnant women are, literally, “body builders.” “What idiot called them pregnant women and not bodybuilders” was posted on Twitter on May 30, 2013. “Why are pregnant women not called body builders” was posted on Twitter on June 1, 2013.
   
“Shouldn’t pregnant women be called body builders?” was posted on Twitter on April 15, 2014.
 
“Technically, sperm is a bodybuilding supplement” is a related saying. “Dr. Frankenstein entered a bodybuilding competition” is another literal “body building” joke.
