Saturday Night Liberal (Saturday Night Live or SNL nickname)

Saturday Night Live (SNL) is an American late-night live television sketch comedy that originated in 1975 and is broadcast from New York City. Wikipedia: Saturday Night Live
Saturday Night Live (abbreviated as SNL) is an American late-night live television sketch comedy and variety show created by Lorne Michaels and developed by Dick Ebersol. The show premiered on NBC on October 11, 1975, under the original title NBC’s Saturday Night. The show’s comedy sketches, which parody contemporary culture and politics, are performed by a large and varying cast of repertory and newer cast members. Each episode is hosted by a celebrity guest (who usually delivers an opening monologue and performs in sketches with the cast) and features performances by a musical guest. An episode normally begins with a cold open sketch that ends with someone breaking character and proclaiming, “Live from New York, it’s Saturday Night!”, properly beginning the show.

Picking a president shouldn’t be based on Saturday Night Live performance: Letter to the Editor

While some may see Hillary Clinton as the Wicked Witch at times, in the Democrat debate, she reminded me more of Snow White surrounded by the four dwarves – Grumpy (Sanders), Sneezy (Webb), Happy (O’Malley) and Dopey (Chafee). And then there was the announcement Donald Trump would be hosting “Saturday Night Live” Nov. 7. After the Clinton love fest with her appearance on that show in September, I thought it should be renamed: “Saturday Night Liberal.”  I doubt that will change after Trump is on.

Why Doesn’t SNL Ridicule Barack Obama?

I was listening the NPR (National Pinko Radio – I’m a masochist; I just want to be acquainted with the “thinking” of our friends on the left) this morning, and they were discussion the SNL (Saturday Night Liberal) television show.
