Pea-pickin’ Minute (Pea-picking Minute)

“Now wait just a pea-picking minute!” means the same as “Now wait just one damned minute!” There is no exact measure of time

“Wait a pea pickin’ minute” was printed in The Evening Republican (Columbus, IN) on July 13, 1960. “A ‘pea-pickin’ minute is 59.56872 seconds” was posted on Twitter by Steve Gattuso on September 27, 2010.

“Cotton-pickin’ minute” is a similar term.
