“Out of my mind—back in five minutes” (office door sign)
“Out of my mind—back in five minutes” is a jocular saying that has been printed on many gift items, such as posters, bumper stickers and T-shirts. It’s a humorous variation of the office sign “Out to lunch—back in 30 minutes.” “Out of my mind—back in five minutes” has been cited in print since at least 1994 and is of unknown authorship.
