“Only put off until tomorrow what you are willing to die having left undone” is a quotation credited to Spanish artist Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) that has been printed on many posters. It’s not certain when Picasso first gave the quotation. Pablo Picasso died in April 1973; the quotation appeared in English-language newspapers beginning in November 1973.
