“No one wants to hear about your diet. Just eat your salad and be sad”

“No one wants to hear about your diet. Just eat your lettuce/salad and be sad” is a jocular saying that has been printed on many images. “People don’t want to hear about your diet, Just shut up, eat your lettuce, and be sad” is a line from the American comedy television series on MTV called Girl Code, on the episode “Dieting, Vacations, Neediness, Watching Sports” that aired on May 19, 2013. The quote is from actress and writer Nicole Byer.
