“No cuts, no buts, no coconuts” is a rhyming way of saying that one shouldn’t cut in line. The “no coconuts” is not necessary, but is added to fill out the rhyme.
The saying appeared on the American animated television series Hey Arnold!, on the episode “Hall Monitor” (spoken at about the six-minute mark) that first aired on December 21, 1997.
The saying was sung on the American live action/puppet children’s television show Yo Gabba Gabba! in the song “Wait Your Turn,” in the “Summer” episode that firat aired on August 21, 2007.

No cuts, No buts, No coconuts
One of those bullshit rhymes you said back in elementary school when some cock-juggling thundercunt decided to cut in line at the drinking fountain, lunch, etc.
Hearing this after nearly two decades can cause a nostalgia breakdown.
