“Let’s face it. Anything with raisins in it would be ten times better with chocolate chips instead. For example: A box of raisins” is a jocular saying that has been printed on many images. The speaker does not like raisins. The usual raisins/chocolate comment is made in regard to cookies, with someone saying that oatmeal raisin cookies could be improved if they were chocolate chip cookies.
