Knickerbotchers (Knickerbockers or Knicks nickname)
"Knicker-botchers" appeared in 2006 for the same bad New York Knick basketball team that was also called "Team Turmoil" and "Team Titanic."
The nickname "Knicker-botcher" appeared in March 2006 in New York Post stories by Michael Morrissey, although there are isolated earlier uses of the nickname.

Sorry Knick fans...the Knickerbotchers probably would've been better off developing young talent like Wilcox or Butler with that 7th pick. ...
