Isolationship (isolated + relationship)
An “isolationship” (isolated + relationship) usually means someone or something isolated, so that no relationships are possible. The term “isolationship” had been infrequently used and is not in the Oxford English Dictionary or the Wiktionary.
The 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic caused many people to self-isolate themselves. A quarantine “isolationship” is a relationship with other people in the isolation (such as family members all isolating in one house), or with other people who are also isolating (such as an online relationship).

DAY 1 - OK. So somehow I’ve managed to trick the whole world into tricking my girlfriend into letting me move in with her (for a bit). This comes with a heavy heart as it does mean the inevitable destruction of the relationship but hey, it’s such a top flat, guys. #isolationship

My love is in Spain. Now, we couldn’t be farther apart. We have a secret to share:
We #read to each other, daily. It’s a most deliciously-intimate thing that grows love, peace, & ease. Our auditoryRed heartspace for that time, nothing else exists.

Long- or short-distance relationship between two people kept apart due to shelter-in-place constraints.
Their hot and heavy isolationship was getting weird, the limits of cyber romance coming clear. She lived three blocks away from him, they hadn’t been able to see the other for two weeks, each of them trapped in their apartments.
