“I’m having an out-of-money experience”

“I’m having an out-of-money experience” (a pun on “out-of-body” experience) is a popular expression on gift items such as T-shirts and bumper stickers.  “I’m having an out-of-money experience” was the caption of a New Yorker cartoon published on April 22, 1991. “I’m Having An Out-Of-Money Experience!” was advertised for a T-shirt saying in the May/June 1991 issue of Mother Jones magazine.
