“If I saved all the money I spent on beer, I’d spend it on beer” is a jocular saying that has been printed on many images.
 
“QUOTABLE - ‘If I had back all the money I’ve spent on beer, I’d spend it on beer.’ - Attributed to Emily Miller of the Bison Brewery in Berkeley, California” was printed in the Denver (CO) Post on December 27, 1995. “Everyone’s attitude seems to be that of Sir Henry of Rawlinson’s End, a character invented by Viv Stanshall, who used to appear of John Peel’s show. (...) ‘If I had all the money I’d spent on beer, I’d spend it on beer’” was printed in The Independent (London, UK) on July 30, 1996. The saying is probably from the album Sir Henry at Rawlinson End (1978) by English singer-songwriter Vivian Stanshall (1943-1995).

Wikipedia: Rawlinson End
Rawlinson End was a series of thirteen 15-20 minute radio broadcasts, created and performed by Vivian Stanshall (formerly of the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band) for BBC Radio 1 between 1975 and 1991. The early sessions formed the template for Stanshall’s 1978 album Sir Henry at Rawlinson End, as well as the 1980 film of the same name.
