“Eggnogstic” (eggnog + agnostic) is a jocular term that has been cited in print since at least 1885. Various definitions have been given.

Wikipedia: Eggnog
Eggnog /ˈɛɡˌnɒɡ/ (“egg nog’” or “egg-nog”), historically also known (when alcoholic beverages are added) as milk punch or egg milk punch, is a rich, chilled, sweetened, creamy dairy-based beverage traditionally made with milk, cream, sugar, whipped egg whites and egg yolks (which gives it a frothy texture, and its name) and, in some contexts, distilled spirits such as brandy, rum or bourbon.
Wikipedia: Agnosticism
Agnosticism is the view that the existence of God, of the divine or the supernatural is unknown or unknowable.
8 February 1885, Buffalo (NY) Express, pg. 4, col. 4:
“Do you know I’ve been told that you had become a confirmed eggnogstic!”
MAX.
25 December 1904, The Daily Missoulian (Missoula, MT), pg. 4, col. 3:
Agnosticism is on the decline. Owing to the high price of eggs there are not so many eggnogstics as there were last year.

If their years of drunken rants are any indication, much more eggnogstic than agnostic.
18 December 2002, Philadelphia (PA) Daily News, “On the lamb, he gets arrested,” pg. 10:
A big difference between Clark and Mark is that Mark spends a lot of his energy on the religious aspect of the holiday. He has “Praise God” and “Remember Jesus” in lots of lights on his roof.
Clark, we think, was eggnogstic.

Nope. Eggnostic would mean he doesn’t know whether to believe in Santa or not.
