Fedcrat or Feducrat (federal government + bureaucrat)

“Fedcrat” or “feducrat” (federal + bureaucrat) is a nonessential term because most bureaucrats are from the government. The term “feducrat” has been cited in print since at least 2003; “fedcrat” has been cited in print since at least 2004.

“Feducrat” has been sparsely used and is probably imitative of “educrat.”

More “help” from feducrats

“I’m from the government; I’m here to help you.” Since FDR’s New Deal, with its explosive growth of socialist federal programs, that refrain has carried ominous meaning.

Schneier on Airport Security
I wonder how Schneier could be made Sec of DHS? He’d get eaten by the Fedcrats, but at least he could set a much better strategy.

Thousands and thousands of feducrats are still yanking around citizens and small businesses as everyday policy.

Cartman: Where’s the contradiction (and when did I rip anyone)? The Feducrats (did you coin this?) are between a rock and a hard place
