City With No Limits (Houston slogan)
The Greater Houston Partnership (GHP) announced a 2014 campaign for a new slogan for the city of Houston—“Houston: The City With No Limits.” The campaign sought to highlight Houston as a great place to live and to visit in addition to being a city where one could find a job.
Killeen, Texas, had the slogan “City Without Limits” in the 2000s.

Many outsiders see Houston as a good place to find a job but not a great place to live, officials with the Greater Houston Partnership say.
So the economic development group is touting the city’s quality of life with a new image campaign unveiled Tuesday on the jumbo screen at NRG Stadium, featuring the slogan “Houston: The City With No Limits.”
The debut was accompanied by a video showing split-second images of the skyline, ballet dancers, the first moon landing, the galleria and smiling faces of Houstonians.

Here’s a better way to sell Houston

Last week, the Greater Houston Partnership unveiled a multimillion dollar, multiyear image campaign to convince businesses to relocate here and to lure talented workers to live here.
The campaign slogan is “Houston: The City With No Limits.”
(...)
Add those to previous slogans like, “Houston: Expect the Unexpected” (I hated that one), and “Houston is Hot,” and “Houston: Infinite Possibilities” and “Houston: It’s Worth It” and “Space City: a Space of Infinite Possibilities.” The last one doesn’t even make sense.
Basically, we’re throwing every cliché against the wall and seeing if anything sticks.
