“Chicks dig the long ball”

“Chicks dig the long ball” is a saying from a 1999 Nike television commercial, starring pitchers Greg Maddux and Tom Glavine and slugger Mark McGwire. Heather Locklear has no interest in the pitchers because “chicks dig the long ball.”

The saying is still used in baseball.
