A couple of years ago, a twitter user with the handle Boots asked a question, “can priests bless stuff other than water? i just think holy guacamole should *mean* something.” The simple question was captured as a screenshot and spread around the interwebs with virility. Of the 247 gazillions times it’s been posted on the internet, I have been tagged in it roughly 666 bagillion.
Yes, priests can bless nearly everything and have instructions for them called The Book of Blessings. The big book of blessings too much of a hassle? Go grab The Shorter Book of Blessings, it’s just like the regular really big book of blessings, but with half the fat.
