Big Apple (act on America’s Got Talent, 2022)
On the NBC television show America’s Got Talent, on July 26, 2022, a character dressed as an apple and called “Big Apple” auditioned. New York City (nicknamed “Big Apple”) was not mentioned, although the person appeared to possibly have a New York accent.
The audition failed and the Big Apple was buzzed off the stage. Then the apple fell sick, and out popped a worm! The person in the worm suit was Sethward, a returning comic character on the show. An attempt was made to get Sethward off the stage, but his pants were pulled down. An apple covered his bum for television audiences.
