“A nose walks into a bar…”  (bar joke)

“A guy walks into a bar…”  is a typical form of what has been called the “bar joke.” A nose version is:
   
“A nose walks into a bar and asks for a pint. The barman says, ‘Sorry I can’t serve you, you’re off your face already.’”
 
“Off your face” means drunk. The joke ws posted to the newsgroup uk.rec.humour on March 17, 2003.
