Wikipedia: Gouda cheese
Gouda (English: /ˈɡaʊdə/ (About this sound listen), Dutch pronunciation: [ˈɣʌu̯daː] Dutch: Goudse kaas), meaning “cheese from the Netherlands town of Gouda”, is a mild, yellow cheese made from cow’s milk. It is one of the most popular cheeses worldwide. The name is used today as a general term for numerous similar cheeses produced in the traditional Dutch manner.

Wikipedia: Muenster cheese
Muenster (English: /ˈmʌnstər/ or /ˈmʊnstər/) or munster is a semi-soft cheese from the United States. It is thought to be an imitation of the Alsatian washed-rind Munster cheese, introduced by German immigrants. It is distinct from the processed dairy food Sweet Muenster Cheese. Its name is unrelated to the German city of Münster or the Irish province of Munster but to the French city of Munster in Alsace.
