The more you workout the weaker his knees get!
You are far too smart to be the only thing standing in your way.
No one is going to tell you to get off your butt and work out. Motivation comes from within. No one wants it more than you.
Don’t let your head give out before you legs give out.
No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everyone on the couch.
You’re only one workout away from being in a good mood.
The distance between who I am and who I want to be is separated only by my actions and words.
You can feel sore tomorrow or feel sorry tomorrow, you choose.
