“When do you serve tofu turkey?"/"Pranksgiving.”

Some people serve tofu “turkey” on Thanksgiving, and there’s a riddle:

Q: When do you serve tofu turkey?
A: On Pranksgiving.

A dish that is not actual turkey is appropriate for “Pranksgiving” (prank + Thanksgiving).

“When do you stuff a rubber turkey? On Pranksgiving.” was included in the book Oodles of Riddles (1989) by Lori Miller Fox. “When do you serve tofu turkey? Pranksgiving” was posted on Twitter on November 20, 2015.
