THE biggest room in the world is the room for improvement; it knows no limits; it reaches from the guest room in the White House to the ash pile in the yard of the isolated one-unit plant, from the Government official to the President, from the chief to the boy who sweeps up. There is always room and there always will be. Perfection is never reached in anything.
