One of the many, many things I like about the local “Texas Roadhouse” (aka Texas Roadkill) restaurant is the fact that they serve “range-fed” roast chicken

RE: Has anyone ever ate at Texas Roadhouse
It’s a chain, my parents have one near them in California. There’s one in the next town over. We call it “Texas Roadkill” instead of “Texas Roadhouse”.smile

We called it Texas Roadkill, but only because my FIL mistakenly called it that once and we thought it was hilarious.......so it became our name for it.
