A “vegetarian” eats vegetables, but not meat. A “meatatarian” eats meat, with little or no vegetables. “Meatatarian” has been cited in print since at least 1965.
“Meatarian” is s similar term, wih a slightly different spelling.

Often used popularly or humorously, particularly in opposition to vegetarianism. In formal usage meatarian is more often used.

A person who eats meat virtually to the exclusion of vegetables. The meatatarian often claims to be conserving veggies for those who would actually eat them, and keeps the veggies out of the waste stream, helping the environment, or keeping produce costs down.
