"If women ruled the world, there would be no wars” is an old saying that may or may not be true. “If women ruled the world there would be no wars. Just a bunch of jealous countries not talking to each other” is a jocular spin on the saying that was said by actor and writer Frank Spadone in 2008. The joke has been printed on posters and ecards, almost always without credit to any author.
