Wikipedia: Bureaucrat
A bureaucrat is a member of a bureaucracy and can comprise the administration of any organization of any size, though the term usually connotes someone within an institution of a government. Bureaucrat jobs were often “desk jobs” (the French for “desk” being bureau, though bureau can also be translated as “office”), though the modern bureaucrat may be found “in the field” as well as in an office.

Hey, if it weren’t for Democrats and Republicans, my chief source of endless amusement wouldn’t be there. Yes, it’s amusing to watch these knuckleheads disagree and argue about ideological concepts they themselves won’t even stand tough for. When it comes down to the serious vote and the money is there to buy them off, they all walk the same walk: Corrupticrats & Corruptlicans

Indonesia, under the reign of Soeharto, was often described as “kleptocracy”, meaning, a system of government where stealing (of public money) was common.

These phenomena make Indonesia eligible for a membership in a new type of government called “corruptocracy”. In other words, it has finally “graduated” to a “higher” level of”-cracy”: From “kleptocracy” to “corruptocracy”, a system where the engine of government is oiled almost entirely by corruption at nearly every levels through illegal fees, bribes, kickbacks and stealing of public funds of every kind. In some ways we associate a kleptocracy with a system where stealing is done by a few, but when it is done by so many at every level, it seems appropriate to refer to it as a corruptocracy.
